1. Holy Oils for Rejuvenation
------------------------------

There are twelve essential oils from Ancient Scripture that have unique properties that help to rejuvenate the body.

Essential oils were man's first medicine. They have been found through scientific study to have the following abilities:

--Immediately deliver more oxygen to the body
--Clean up and detoxify each cell in the body
--Help to balance body systems
--Regenerate tissue
--Increase life force / vital energy
--Assist in getting vital nutrients into cells
The Twelve Oils of Ancient Scripture are:

--Frankincense
--Sandalwood
--Cedarwood
--Cypress
--Myrrh
--Hyssop
--Myrtle
--Galbanum
--Cistus
--Spikenard
--Cassia
--Onycha

These oils have been known to treat many conditions such as:

--Arthritis
--Respiratory infections
--Inflammation
--Muscular aches and pains
--Viral infections
--Fever
--Gout
--Rheumatism
--Cancer
--Allergies
--Skin disorders

During ancient Egyptian times certain essential oils were used to embalm dead bodies. This is because of their ability to preserve human tissue.

I often think that if these oils can preserve human tissue of the deceased then they surely can have a similar effect on living tissue!

Looking younger longer is a side effect of using these essential oils on an ongoing basis. I've seen evidence of this already in the 10 years that I have been associating with people who use these on a consistent basis.

Essential oils can be used in a variety of ways such as:

--Inhalation
--Topical application (hot oils should be diluted)
--Diffusing
--Internally (only therapeutic-grade)

The most powerful ways to use the Twelve Oils of Ancient Scripture for rejuvenating the body and improving one's state of health is described in the book "Healing Oils, Healing Hands" by Linda L. Smith.

In her book, Linda writes about the use of oils with hands on healing and the application process of "anointing".

I created a CD with Linda that shares how the essential oils were used for healing and beauty all throughout antiquity. Linda also talks about how anointing with essential oils enhance techniques like acupuncture, massage, Reiki and Healing Touch, and many other forms of energetic healing.

Linda also describes her Certification Program in Aromatherapy and how you can become Certified as an Aromatherapist.

2. Natural Dyes for Your Easter Eggs
======================================

Dyeing eggs with natural substances doesn't take much more time than if you used commercial coloring kits - and it's alot more fun.

You can be very creative with what is in your kitchen already and your Easter eggs can come out very unique.

Here are the colors and the substance that makes those colors.

These are either a spice, fruit, vegetable, or foodstuff that will color your Easter in a very safe way:

--Red or Pink: Red beets, cranberries, frozen raspberries
--Light Green: Spinach leaves
--Yellow: Ground Cumin, Ground Tumeric, Shredded carrots
--Blue: Blueberries, blackberries, red cabbage leaves, grape juice
--Purple: Red ZingerĀ® tea (by Celestial Seasonings)
--Brown: Brewed coffee

Here's how to make your dye:

Ingredients:

--1 Tbsp. spice or 4 c. chopped fruit or vegetable, or more
--4 c. water, or more
--2 Tbsp. white vinegar (per 4 c. water)

Directions:

--Combine spice or foodstuff with water and vinegar.
--Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 to 30 minutes.

Eggs can be colored and cooked in the dye while it is being prepared. Or, they can be hard-cooked in advance, then dipped into the prepared dye (which can be either cold or hot).

All I Need to Know About Life I Learned from the Easter Bunny

Don't put all of your eggs in one basket.
Walk softly and carry a big carrot.
Everyone needs a friend who is all ears.
There's no such thing as too much candy.
All work and no play can make you a basket case.
A cute little tail attracts a lot of attention.
Everyone is entitled to a bad hare day.
Let happy thoughts multiply like rabbits.
Some body parts should be floppy.
Keep your paws off other people's jellybeans.
The grass is always greener in someone else's basket.
An Easter bonnet can tame even the wildest hare.
To show your true colors you have to come out of your shell.
The best things in life are still sweet and gooey!
