1. What Dew Can Do For You
===================================
A walk in the morning dew offers great health benefits.
Appreciating how it glistens in the sunlight can give us a
natural high and set us up for a great day, but the health
benefits go way beyond that.
According to Sebastian Kneipp (1821-97), a German Priest, walking
in the morning dew is considered a form of hydrotherapy. Father
Kneipp overcame tuberculosis with hydrotherapies and the healing
power of plants and went on to heal others with these practices.
Edgar Cayce, known as the "Grandfather of Holistic Health"
mentioned benefits of walking in dew throughout his readings.
According to Cayce, walking in the morning dew balances the
electrical energies in the body.
Traditional folklore tells us that young girls can wash their
face in it to make themselves beautiful and older people can do
the same to make themselves younger.
Eastern traditions say that it revitalizes and strengthens the
body, and can also assist with:
--Improving immune functioning
--Giving the body energy
--Supporting the kidneys
--Helping nervous disorders
--Overcoming stress
From an energetic standpoint this makes so much sense. These
benefits are connected with the first chakra, the root chakra,
that supports the spine (nervous system), kidneys and adrenals
(stress hormones), and immune system. The root chakra is located
in the perineal area and pulls in the energy from the
earth.(Don't ya just love when the puzzle pieces all come
together?)
You can approach your walk in the morning dew in two ways:
1.) Take a casual stroll
2.) Intend on it as a "home spa healing treatment" for yourself
and follow these steps:
--Go out at dawn
--Ideally wear clogs and don't wear socks
--Go to a clean area of grass that doesn't have stones, sticks,
or rubble
--Take off your clogs even if it is cold and walk in that area
just for a few minutes - you can even stand and move your feet
around
--With the dew on your feet slip your shoes back on and walk for
a few minutes around a broader area
--Slowly work your way up to longer periods of time (about 10
minutes) this way if the weather is cool you will not catch a
cold in the beginning
Just like anything else - when you do this on a consistent basis
you can build up the promised strength and vitality in the body.

2. More About Those MultiGreens
==================================
I wrote last week about how Gary Young mentioned at the Young
Living Convention how MultiGreens were good for people with Blood
Type O.
I received emails from readers asking "well what is good for Type
A or AB?" and I want to clarify that I wasn't meaning that the
MultiGreens were just for O exclusively.
These MultiGreens are for everyone - but they are particularly
good for Type O blood type.
If you are not a blood type O do not let that discourage you
from using this product. I can't tell you how impressed I am with
these and I have heard great results from people who are not
blood type O.
Honestly, I did not expect the results I have had - changes in my
skin and an energy level that is huge (I think it is great to
combine the Ningxia Red juice with these MultiGreens). To me it
just reinforces how powerful YL products are.
I really recommend that you try MultiGreens. If you are a Young
Living customer or distributor and haven't tried these - give it
a shot!
I happen to think that one of the "magical" ingredients is the
Melissa essential oil. There are other oils in it like lemon,
lemongrass, and rosemary, but there is something very special
about Melissa.
Melissa is known to instill a positive outlook on life. It was
used in ancient times for a variety of things such as nervous
disorders and problems with the heart and emotions.
Melissa was the main ingredient in the 14th-century Carmelite
water, a complexion aid and fragrance made by nuns.
It is also known to be very effective for viral infections, such
as herpes, and is good for depression, anxiety, and insomnia.
If you decide to take these, let me know your experiences - I
would love to hear from you (informal research on my end)!

3. Essential Oil Tip: Melissa Essential Oil
===========================================
Melissa's fragrant influence brings out gentle characteristics
within people. It is calming, and uplifting, and balances
emotions. It removes emotional blocks and instills a positive
outlook on life. (Essential Desk Reference, Third Edition).
Ways to use Melissa:
--Direct application ( 2 - 4 drops)
--Use on chakra or vitaflex point
--Direct inhalation
--Diffusing
--Dietary Supplement

distributor or by going to http://tinyurl.com/aenfp

4. Success Tip: Love Through Nature
====================================
"You send me love letters in the moon," The night
said to the sun. "And I leave you my answer
as tears upon the grass."
~~Rabindranath Tagore - Poet(1861-1941)

5. Recipe of the Week: Honeydew Melon Shake
==========================================
Honeydew Melon Shake
1 cup peeled honeydew melon, cut in chunks
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 teaspoons agave
In a blender or food processor blend together
melon, yogurt, ice cubes and agave.
Process at high speed for 2 minutes.
Serve immediately.

His "Honey Do" List
This week I am at home & playing house husband.
My wife left a list of things I need to do.
This is soooooo easy I thought I would share it with you.
1). Make the beds-- What a waste of effort, we're only going to
sleep in them again tonight. Forget that - Scratch one.
2). Pick up dog poop in yard-- It snowed last night, I don't see
any dog poop, kids do you see any dog poop? - Scratch two.
3). Drop your shirts off at the cleaners-- Duhh I'm on vacation I
don't need them. Scratch three.
This is easy, what's the fuss. Think I'll go Web surfing for
awhile.
4). Clean out Tupperware cabinet-- Uhhhh that's a hard one. GOT
IT, velcro on the door will keep it closed. - Scratch four.
5). Mop kitchen floor-- The dog licked up that sugar spill from
breakfast, floor looks clean to me - Scratch five.
Good doggie go play in the yard. She just loves rolling in the
snow.
6). Find something fun for the kids to do-- That tinfoil in the
microwave thing was kinda fun - Scratch six.
This is way too easy I'll have lots of time for Web surfing.
7). Vacuum the carpets-- That's a hard one-- "Hey kids, wanna
have some more FUN?" - Scratch seven.
8). Feed kids lunch-- Hey kids, don't you have a friend's house
to go too? YESSSS - Scratch eight !!!!!!
9). Clean out hallway closet-- Hmmmm another hard one. That's it,
take enough out of the closet to close the door. Outta sight
outta mind. Hmmmm this other stuff can go under a bed - Scratch
nine.
Boy O Boy - Am I good! Lunch time. Pour some chili into the
cracker bag & eat. Taaa daaa - no lunch dishes !!!
10). Do laundry-- no problem I can do that while I'm on the Web -
Scratch ten.
11). Fold laundry-- (dang, can't do that while I'm on the
computer) Ya know I never noticed how many pink things this
family actually wears. Gonna have to ask the little lady why she
buys me pale pink underwear?? Check this out a cashmere Barbie
sweater, cool. - Scratch eleven.
12) Put the laundry away-- Baskets in bedrooms work for me -
Scratch twelve.
This is way too easy. Wonder why women always complain about
house work???
13). Water the Christmas tree-- Ooops! Good thing the carpet is
absorbent - Scratch thirteen.
14). Grocery shopping, Buy toilet paper-- These old newspapers
will do, besides, that's recycling & that's good for the earth--
Scratch fourteen.
15). Pick up the kids -- Yeah right; we're talking about my kids
here. Parents will normally pay to drop them back off. They'll be
back - Scratch fifteen.
Wonder who's in the Chat Room. Awww, I have plenty of time.
16). Make dinner-- Easy, "Hello. Do you deliver? Uhhh double
that, Ya know we will need more dinner tomorrow" - Scratch
sixteen.
17). Clean out the dog house-- duhh the dog sleeps in our bed,
Like that needs to be done - Scratch seventeen.
WOW all done. Still time for some Web surfing & a nap.
Man, this is sooooo easy.
Women must complain about house work just to make us
guys think they're working.
Wish I were a woman!
