1. Love is in the Air
=========================

Even if you don't have a romantic life going on,
you can still enjoy Valentines Day.

If you haven't seen Cupid in years there are
certainly other forms of love to celebrate!

I read somewhere recently that Valentines
Day can make more unhappy people than happy.
Maybe because most folks have a tendency to
idealize love? Who knows????

No sense of jumping into the head and trying to
figure it out .. let's stay in the heart and enjoy the day!

Love is so powerful. Did you see the Grammy's?
The Beatles song "All You Need is Love" won two grammys!

Below is a link so you can watch the Beatles
sing this song. Join the million and a half
viewers who have already watched this on You Tube.
I watched it and cried - I'm such a sucker.

But hey! Let me get to the point here!

"Love is in the Air" is about diffusing essential oils
and creating a loving environment.

Those of us who "love" our oils (many of you reading this!
especially us Young Living folk) know that "love" is what
our oils are all about!

These divine aspects of nature directly from the plant kingdom
exude such incredible healing powers that can uplift, heal,
balance, clean, shift, cure, and love.

Diffusing essential oils:

--Oxygenate your environment
--Gets rid of bad viruses, bacteria, fungus, molds
--Clears out stale air
--Elevate your mood
--Clear your thinking
--Help you breathe better
--Help you relax

and much more.

Here is a quick minute and a half video on how to
diffuse your essential oil. Make sure you watch it
to the end because there is a very special secret
revealed to "easy and effective diffusing"!

Oh, and don't forget to watch the 11 seconds of my cutie Prin
wishing you Happy Valentines Day on that same page!

2. Be Your Own Valentine
=========================

Being our own Valentine is about
"self-love" and "self-care" - whether
you've got someone special or not.

Since we're talking about essential oils,
there is no better way to take care of yourself
than to have essential oils be part of your every
day life.

They can:

--heal your ails

--make you feel good

--help you relax

--uplift your mood

--slow down aging

--get rid of toxins

--help you sleep better

--reduce allergies

--balance belly problems

and so much more!

Use essential oils to "Pamper Your
Body and Soul"!

2. Essential Oil Tip: Powerfully Romantic
==========================================

"Sensation" is an excellent blend of oils that is
great for Valentines Day.

It is a wonderfully fragrant, powerfully romantic blend that is
extremely uplifting and refreshing.

It was formulated to enhance the enjoyment of special moments.

This blend consists of these three oils:

--Rosewood
--Ylang ylang
--Jasmine

It's great to diffuse, use in massage, or wear as a scent!

3. Success Tip: Love
======================

Without love, the rich and poor live in the same house.

4.Recipe of the Week: Valentine Vegan Love Buns
===============================================

These are really cupcakes, but its fun calling them "Love Buns".

Be aware - vegan does NOT mean "no sugar". This recipe has
sweet in it but it is healthier than most - its rice syrup.

Vegan means no eggs, butter and milk.

Ingredients

--1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar - the smell bakes off
--1 1/2 cups of plain soymilk - or chocolate or vanilla
--2 3/4 cups flour
--2 teaspoons baking powder
--1/2 teaspoon baking soda
--1/2 teaspoon salt
--1 cup rice syrup
--1/2 cup oil (walnut, macadamia oils are especially good!)
--1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or orange essential oil!)

--Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
--Prepare your muffin tray and set aside

--Put the cider vinegar into a small bowl and add the soymilk.
--Stir this well and then put to one side.
--The mixture will now curdle and this is what should be
happening.
--Stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder & soda and salt.
--If you want chocolate cupcakes, add cocoa (about 1/2 cup) to
this stage.
--In the bowl containing the vinegar and soymilk, stir in the oil
and vanilla extract. Mix together.
--Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and beat
together (by hand or with an electric hand-held mixer).
--Fill the muffin pan.
--Usually fill each paper cupcake holder with about 1/4 cup of
batter.
--If you prefer larger cupcakes, then add a half a cup but make
sure the muffin pan is larger and the cupcake holders are bigger.
--Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

Here is a good icing to use with these Love Buns! It does use
sugar so be aware! Or - you could skip the icing!

1 cup butter (no substitutes), softened
8 cups confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup orange juice
1 drop of orange essential oil

In a mixing bowl cream butter. Beat in the sugar and vanilla.
Add juice and drop of oil until desired consistency.

Grate a beet to make it a touch of red for
Valentines Day!

5. HSL's Joke or Cute Quote of the Week

Food As A Valentine Greeting ~

Cabbage always has a heart;
Green beans string along.
You're such a Tomato,
Will you Peas to me belong?

You've been the Apple of my eye,
You know how much I care;
So Lettuce get together,
We'd make a perfect Pear.

Now, something's sure to Turnip,
To prove you can't be Beet;
So, if you Carrot all for me
Let's let our tulips meet.

Don't Squash my hopes and dreams now,
Bee my Honey, dear;
Or tears will fill Potato's eyes,
While Sweet Corn lends an ear.

I'll Cauliflower shop and say
Your dreams are Parsley mine.
I'll work and share my Celery,
So be my Valentine.
