1. Too Much Estrogen? Not For Women Only
=========================================

Too much estrogen makes us fat and sick according to Ori
Hofmekler, author of The Anti-Estrogenic Diet.

Male and female, and children too - we are all susceptible to
this problem.

The excess estrogen of concern is not what is generated from our
bodies, it comes from our food supplies and our environment.

Hormones in our meats and dairy, and pesticides on veggies and
fruits, will mimic estrogen in our body. As will chemicals in
personal care products and in the air we breathe in certain
environments. These are "xenoestrogens" or estrogenic chemicals
produced industrially.

Here is the scary part ~ the chemical estrogens are easy to
understand, but there are plant estrogens (also called
phytoestrogens) that we may be eating and thinking we're doing
good - by getting good estrogen naturally - but we're not.

Okay, this is where some of you might be impacted greatly - to
the point of reading this and wanting to throw your shoe at me or
Ori. Ready? one of the plant estrogens that is probably the
worst thing that you can eat is soy.

Now those of you who have been around HSL for a year or so might
remember when I interviewed Kaayla Daniel, author of "The Whole
Soy Story". So this is not new info for you. But I know that it
may be shocking to many of you - you need to hear this
information - you really need to know the facts.

Ori has developed a dietary approach to:

--Protect yourself against these estrogenic substances
--Lower your risk of metabolic disorders and serious diseases
--Help with chronic weight gain.

He has lines of defense incorporated in his program and he has
phases that one goes through. The first phase focuses on the
liver and liver detox with certain foods. In his program you
learn what foods are anti-estrogenic and estrogen inhibitors.

This isn't Ori's first experience with a diet book. He had great
success with his last book, The Warrior Diet. Ori got the
attention of a professor at Johns Hopkins who was intrigued with
the stunning results of a study done with Ori's concept of
"intermittent fasting". This professor published information on
Ori's work in the respected British medical journal Lancet. Ori
was also interviewed several times on the BBC.

Ori is a fascinating man with a cutting edge practical approach
to a very serious problem that is already showing great results.

I am thrilled to be interviewing him next week in a "Green Tea
with Marilee" teleseminar. He will specifically address how pre-
menopausal women and menopausal women can deal with the dilemma
of managing symptoms naturally.

I asked Ori to also touch on how this problem affects
children and men. He said he will briefly talk about soy
formula for infants, early pubescence in children, and prostate
issues in men.

The best part about this teleseminar with Ori is that he wants to
keep the phone lines open and be interactive with you. He is
interested in answering your personal questions! So I say to you
- jump on this opportunity! Here is a chance for some personal
consults.

We'll have him talk about 60 to 70 minutes for the professional
recording company to get the info on the CD. Then Ori will do a Q
& A with you. I will be recording that on my own so you can
have a recording (audio file on the computer) of you speaking
with him (if you choose to do that). Anyone who registers can
get an audio link as well as the CD mailed directly to your home.
So, if you want to be on the call but can't make the date,
register anyway because you will get the disc.

I cannot emphasize enough this man's passion for helping others,
especially women, and especially to help prevent breast cancer.
I've had several conversations with this man and I always think
to myself that it would be nice to have a physician who was this
passionate.

To learn more about Ori and this teleseminar next Tuesday night
(July 24th at 7 PM EST), click on this link below(and check out
his photo - you wouldn't believe how old he is! - I'll tell you
if you want to know :)

2. Do Real Men Spa?
====================

Yup,they sure do. About 30% of spa-goers are male.

What draws them? Services, of course. Services are marketed
differently to men than to women.

Scottsdale Arizona spas have many services offered for men
because of the big golf industry there.

Here are some popular services for men offered in Scottsdale:

--Golf Performance Treatment Massage (Willow Stream Spa)
--Golf Facial (Willow Stream Spa)
--Hot Golfer's Massage - this is like hot stone massage, only
used with hot golf balls (Four Seasons)
--19th Hole Package (Biltmore)
--Golflexolgy Massage (LaQuinta in California)

Next time you want your honey to buy into your love of spas, tell
him he can improve his golf game with these therapies!

======================================
3. Essential Oil Tip: Liver Detox
======================================

Oregano, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme

(One herb different from Simon and Garfunkel's 1966 hit song, but
it still sounds okay if you sing it!)

These are four of the recommended liver detoxifiers from Ori's
book (page 37 in "The Anti-Estrogenic Diet"). Liver detox can
neutralize estrogenic chemicals and help breakdown fat.

These oils can be used and applied in many ways. I always say:
"when in doubt use the bottom of the feet!"

It is a good idea to dilute the oregano and thyme since they can
be hot. Dilute with one part essential oil and four parts V6
vegetable oil complex.

You can read more about these oils here: http://tinyurl.com/aenfp

bumblebee doesn't know that so it goes on flying anyway".

==============================================
6.Recipe of the Week: Spinach-Stuffed Flounder
==============================================

Spinach Stuffed Flounder with Feta and Mushrooms

This is a recipe from Ori's book. It is part of Phase II and
Phase III of the program. (By the way he says the biggest meal we
should eat is at night! And his diet is lenient as far as
quantity)

--8 large mushrooms, sliced
--8 oz spinach, rinsed and chopped
--1 tablespoon feta cheese, crumbled
--4 (4 oz) flounder fillets

--Preheat over to 350
--Use medium size skillet - wipe with olive oil and heat over
medium heat
--Add the mushrooms and cook about 5 minutes or until the liquid
released from the mushrooms has evaporated, stir occasionally
--Add the spinach to the skillet. Cook and stir about 2 minutes
or until spinach is wilted.
--Remove from the heat and drain excess moisture.
--Sprinkle feta over vegetables and stir.
--Assemble fish rolls by placing one-quarter of the spinach
mixture onto the wide end of each filet. Carefully roll the filet
around the spinach mixture. Use wooden toothpicks to hold the end
of each roll in place.
--Wipe an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with olive oil. Place the fish
rolls, seam side down, in the baking dish.
--Add 2 tablespoons of water. Loosely cover with foil.
--Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes
easily when tested with a fork and is opaque all the way through.

1. Law of Attraction Brings Freedom
====================================

One of my favorite things about knowing The Law of Attraction is
a feeling of empowerment.

Just knowing that there is a mechanism in place that we can tap
into to create change in our lives is so empowering. It takes
away any excuse to become a victim of circumstances.

Sure, there is alot of responsibility that goes with this, but
there is also plenty of freedom, and what's better than freedom?
Not much, as far as I'm concerned.

It's really wild when we learn how this universal law is
operating at all times - whether we realize it or not.

As we take inventory of our lives - relationships, health,
career, money - what we see is what we have been attracting all
along - even without awareness. Yes, according to this law it's
us that attracts everything that happens to us.

We don't just start attracting things when we learn how to work
with the Law of Attraction. We've been working (unconsciosly)
with this all along. Learning about it just empowers us to know
that we can greatly influence much of what goes on in our lives.

Wouldn't it be great to easily find out just how to work with
this to make changes in your life right away?

Well you can. Very soon. For f'ree.

Next Wednesday night, July 11th, at 8 PM EST, I am bringing in a
world renowned expert on the Law of Attraction for you to listen
to live right from the comfort of your own home - on the
telephone.

Michael Losier, author of the book "The Law of Attraction: The
Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What
You Don’t .", is joining our Home Spa Lady community to help YOU
attract more of what you want in your life. He will be calling in
from his home in Victoria, BC, Canada.

Michael has been interviewed by Oprah four times on the subject
of the Law of Attraction on her radio show Oprah & Friends.

His French version of his book recently became the #1 French
book in Canada. His book is being translated into 21 languages
over the next 6 months.

Since many of you are like me with our own practices, or
businesses, (and some of you are wanting to start your own
practice and business), I've asked Michael to address "How To
Attract Ideal Clients to Your Practice or Business" (you know me,
I'm always interested in how I can help empower people to
create/build businesses for themselves - especially you nurses, healers, and other women!)

If this "business/practice" thing doesn't interest you - I think
you should still come on the call anyway because you can
apply these principles to anything - relationships, money, etc.

I can't tell you how excited I am to bring Michael in for this
call. Get on this call even if you are on vacation at the beach or in the mountains - just get your cell phones out and join us!

What's great about Michael is that he gives the "how to" to
working with the Law of Attraction.

Now, I mentioned that this is complimentary BUT you still have to
register to get on this call.

You will register by clicking on this link and it will take you
to a place to sign up for the call. When you sign up the phone
number will be automatically sent to you.

There are only a limited number of spots available on this call -
so jump on this right away!

And remember - you must register to be on the call!

You will be glad you did!

Here is the link so go there now and get signed up right away:

2."Spa-rkle" on the Fourth
===========================

Body scrubs make your skin sparkly clean.

They help exfoliate the dead skin cells and allow fresh new skin
cells to surface.

New skin cells have a vibrant glow compared to dead cells.

There are many commercial scrubs available, but why bother
to shop? It's so easy to whip up your own scrub from what's in
your kitchen cabinets already.

Here's an easy scrub to make:

--Olive Oil 1/2 cup
--Fine Sea Salt 1/2 cup
--Lavender Essential Oil 10 drops (optional)

-Mix together, and place in clean dry jar.
-Use this after you bathe or shower (but stay in tub/shower to
rinse off).
-Place small amount in your hand
-Gently scrub in circular motion on skin
-Scrub entire body. Be gentle on, or avoid, sensitive areas.
-Be careful stepping out of tub/shower, it may be slippery from
the oil.
-Pat dry with bath towel.

This blend of essential oils helps to release the unlimited
potential that you possess helping you to experience health and
vitality more fully.

This is great to use in conjunction with the Law of Attraction!

7. HSL's Joke or Cute Quote of the Week
=========================================

The Fourth of July weekend was coming up, and the nursery
schoolteacher took the opportunity to tell her class about
patriotism.

"We live in a great country," she said. "One of the things
we should be happy about is that, in this country, we are all free."

One little boy came walking up to her from the back of the
room.He stood with his hands on his hips and said. . . ."I'm not
free. I'm four."

=================================
1. Do Sunscreens Promote Cancer?
=================================

Two weeks ago I went for a skin cancer screening at University of
Pennsylvania Hospital.

I didn't have any concerns about any particular area on my body
but I went with a friend who did and I thought I would go through
the process. It was a f'ree community offering and I had never
done this before (I try to stay away from hospitals as much as
possible - and I say this as a nurse!)

The screening consisted of a visual (eyeball) scan from a staff
dermatologist after filling out numerous forms. Upon leaving we
were given the opportunity to pick from any number of f'ree
sunscreens that were in baskets at our disposal.

I took some samples home, read the ingredients, and said to
myself "I will never use these - there are too many
petrochemicals in here". I did rub some on the top of my hand
and couldn't wait to wash it off.

As synchronicity has it, I came home to read one of my favorite
online writers Mike Adams (who I hope to get on a teleseminar one
day!) writings on how sunscreens cause cancer.

His topic is on how the sunscreen myth and he states his opinion
that sunscreens cause cancer. His argument highlights two things.

One is that sunscreens interfere with Vitamin D synthesis which
is implicated in some forms of cancer (read more about this in
his f'ree report on The Healing Power of Sunlight and Vitamin D
on his site http://www.newstarget.com ).

The other is that sunscreens are full of petrochemicals that are
cancer causing.

In Mike Adams' Consumer Alert he also brings up that our
ancestors used sunlight for nourishment and that saying sunlight
is bad for you is like saying water is bad for you.
(To read more about this go to: http://tinyurl.com/yrbaz7 )

The part that interested me the most were the answers to the
questions that I had when I came home from U of P telling myself
"What can we do naturally to protect ourselves from any of the
harmful rays of the sun short of staying indoors?"

Here are recommendations based on some of Mike Adams' material:

--Best natural sunscreen without petrochemicals is Caribbean Blue
Natural Basics "Sun Shield" found at
http://www.gocaribbeanblue.com

--Rubbing aloe vera on the skin as well as smearing berries on
your skin, as well as shea butter can work as a natural
sunscreens

--He said the best sunscreen is our internal sunscreen that we
can build with nutrition. If we eat superfoods such as
chlorella, spirulina, goji berries, raspberries, blackberries,
blueberries, astaxanthin, and carrots it increases our natural UV
protection (it takes about 30 days of this type of nutrition to
boost skin levels)

===========================
2. Tips if you must tan.. . .
===========================

--Do a body scrub to prepare your skin (salt scrub or loofa pad)

--Take a minimum of 1 tsp of Cod Liver Oil daily

--Eat foods high in antioxidants, especially berries (drink
Ningixia Red juice from Young Living)

--If you want to shield some of the sun's rays, use Caribbean
Blue Natural Basics "Sun Shield" found at
http://www.gocaribbeanblue.com

--Rub pure aloe vera on your body if you choose not to use "Sun
Shield"

--Get small amounts of sun for four consecutive days (about 30
minutes) which will give you a good base

--Flip over every 10 minutes

--Drink plenty of water

--Moisturize your body with chemical-free moisturizer

(Young Living's product are all chemical free - Sandalwood
Moisture Cream is great for the face, Sensation is fab for the
body, and Wolfberry Eye Cream is great for the areas around the
eyes! - and the ART Skin Care System is amazing too)

--Shower after sunning

4. Essential Oil Tip: Lavaderm
================================

Lavaderm Cooling Mist is a great spray for after exposure to the
sun, especially if your skin is feeling hot. It is made up of a
special formulation of lavender essential oil and aloe vera.

Order your essential oils from your Young Living
distributor or by going to http://tinyurl.com/aenfp

=================================
5. Success Tip: Sir George Porter
=================================

"I have no doubt that we will be successful in harnessing the
sun's energy... If sunbeams were weapons of war, we would have
had solar energy centuries ago."

~ Sir George Porter

==========================================================
6.Recipe of the Week: Chinese Wolfberry and Sea Bass Soup
==========================================================

1 sea bass (any fish seems to work)

1 pound mushrooms
1 scallion, chopped
5 slices of fresh ginger

5 Tablespoons rice wine

--1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
--Smear fish with 1 tbsp of rice wine and a little salt.
--Add in the wolfberries, button mushrooms, scallion, ginger and
hoisin sauce.
--Boil the stock in a separate medium to large sauce pan.
--Place the seasoned fish into the sauce pan containing the

7. HSL's Joke or Cute Quote of the Week
=========================================

Joan, a hard working career woman, spent almost all of her
vacation sunbathing on the roof of her hotel. She wore a bathing
suit the first day, but on the second, she decided that no one
could see her way up there, and she slipped out of it for an
overall tan. She'd hardly begun when she heard someone running up
the stairs. She was lying on her stomach, so she just pulled a
towel over her back. "Excuse me, miss," said the flustered
assistant manager of the hotel, out of breath from running up the
stairs. "The Hilton doesn't mind your sunbathing on the roof, but
we would very much appreciate your wearing a bathing suit as you
did yesterday." "What difference does it make?" Joan asked rather
calmly. "No one can see me up here, and besides, I'm covered with
a towel." "Not exactly," said the embarrassed man. "You're lying
on the dining room skylight."

1. Beat Cell-u-lite: "Light Up Your Cells"
=======================================================

Cellulite: the age old beauty challenge.

Especially in the warmer weather when we show more of our flesh.
We would like not to show any cottage-cheesy appearances
of our body but it somehow seems to come with womanhood,
especially in those 'approaching menopause years".

Must we give in to this female issue? Are we really that
powerless in our fight to be tight?

No. No.

Here are a few tips we can do for ourselves short of having lipo:

1. Light up our cells.

This might sound like a "new-agey" type of tip, but its really
not. "Light" is important for every cell in the body. Light in
this context is about vibration as opposed to visual light
(although that is vibrational too).

Increasing vibration to a hardened fat cell that has become
joined with others like itself can be very effective in
transforming cellulite into healthier, prettier cells.

Examples of ways to increase vibration to areas of cellulite are
energy-based techniques (which you can do for yourself if
you have been trained - or even if you are just inspired and
intuitive) such as:

--Reiki
--Healing Touch
--Acupressure
--Acupuncture
--Light Therapy (with colored filters/lens)
--High Frequency Essential Oils

These techniques are examples of ways to bring more "vital force,
vitality, chi, energy, consciousness" to the stagnant areas in
the body.

2. Massage

Massage is one of the top techniques to use on areas of
cellulite. It too brings more vitality and light to the area.
The physical movements used in massage also help to:

--promote lymphatic circulation which takes the toxins out of the
area
--brings in more of a blood supply which carries oxygen to the
area
--break the encapsulated hardened fat cell that makes up
cellulite

We can massage ourselves at home on a daily basis when we
are in the bath or shower in the cellulite prone areas, but its
always so much nicer to have a massage therapist work on us!

3. Exercise

This can't be stressed enough.

Whatever we can do to move our lymph system, we should, and
exercise is the best. The lymph vessels are responsible for
carrying out many of the toxins. Some toxins don't leave our
bodies that easily and like to snuggle together and harden in fat
cells, these areas become cellulite.

There is nothing better than exercise to promote lymph movement.
Twenty minutes of aerobic movement three times a week.

By the way, moving our body is the ONLY thing that moves lymph
(along with some good deep breathing).

Our lymph system, which is a circulatory system, doesn't have a
pump like the blood circulatory system has a heart. So lymph
becomes stagnant if we don't move our bodies.

4. Body Scrubs

Whether its dry brushing the skin or doing a salt scrub in your
shower, its important to remove the dead cells off of the top
layer of the skin.

The skin is an eliminatory organ, and helping to eliminate toxins
through the skin helps to prevent buildup of them in other parts
of the body.

As we scrub the top layer of the skin to remove dead cells, we
are also promoting blood supply to the area (which brings with it
nutrients and oxygen) and we are promoting lymph circulation.

5. Eat Veggies and Fruits

It's the nutrients, the enzymes, the fiber, and water in these
types of food. This type of food loves to nourish us, hydrate
us, and move right on out of us grabbing the toxins with its
fiber.

6. Proper Elimination

This is critical. If waste doesn't leave our bodies properly the
toxins stay in us and hang out in our cells.

7. Drink Water

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Water helps to move our toxins out. It
also helps to moisten our skin so it is smoother and improves our
overall appearance.

==================
2. Water or Coke?
==================

Speaking of water (see last article) here is a great comparison
between two popular beverages - water and coke.

So it shouldn't be a question ever in your mind which to drink.

Reasons to drink WATER

--75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.
(Likely applies to half the world population.)

--In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak
that it is mistaken for hunger.

--Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as
3%.

--One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs
for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of
Washington study.

--Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.

--Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of
water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain
for up to 80% of sufferers.

--A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term
memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on
the computer screen or on a printed page.

--Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of
colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast
cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop
bladder cancer.

Are you drinking the amount of water
you should drink every day?

Reasons to reconsider drinking COKE

--In many states the highway patrol carries
two gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from
the highway after a car accident.

--You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of Coke
and it will be gone in two days.

--To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the
toilet bowl and let the 'real thing' sit for one hour, then flush
clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous
china.

--To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper
with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in
Coca-Cola.

--To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour
a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the
corrosion.

--To loosen a rusted bolt: Apply a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola
to the rusted bolt for several minutes.

--To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into
the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake.
Thirty minutes before ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing
the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy.

--To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of Coke
into the load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run
through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen
grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your
windshield.

Points of Interest:

--The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid.
It will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric
acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major
contributor to the rising increase of osteoporosis.

--To carry Coca-Cola syrup (the concentrate) the
commercial trucks must use a "Hazardous Material" place
card reserved for highly corrosive materials.

--The distributors of Coke have been using it to clean
engines of the trucks for about 20 years!

6.Recipe of the Week: Daikon in Your Salad
===========================================

Daikon fights f.a.t in the body.

Daikon is a Japanese white radish.

Did you ever eat at a Japanese restaurant and see the almost
tasteless white shavings of unknown origin served with shavings
of a carrot? That's daikon, a white radish.

It's served in Japanese restaurants to help balance out and
breakdown the fat of the fried tempura.

You can buy this in the regular produce section - it looks like a
really big white carrot.

Adding it as another veggie in your salad is a great way to eat
daikon.

A good way to do this is to julienne the strips of daikon and
soak in water for about 30 minutes to get rid of bitterness. Then
add to your salad.

1. Home Spa Daze for Dad
=========================

Dads will get dazed (in a good way!) with these home spa
techniques that you can treat him with on Father's Day:

--Rub his feet with his or your favorite essential oil. Valor
essential oil blend from Young Living carries the energy of
courage and strength and grounding - all of those wonderful
characteristics of Dad.

--Create a steam facial for him (before he shaves) and tell him
he will have the most incredible shaving experience!

Most likely he won't want the fancy smancy ways we women like to
steam our face, so just heat water in a big pot til its steamy
and place it on a hot pad on the kitchen table. Throw a drop or
two of lavender in it. Grab his (clean) gym towel, have him sit
in a chair and place his face over the steam and put the towel
over his head to keep the steam captured for a few minutes.
Afterwards tell him to shave and follow it with splashing cold
water on his face.

--Scalp massage as he lies back in his easy chair. There is not
a man who can resist it - with or without hair.

--Prepare his favorite food and serve it in a spa cuisine style.
Even if its hamburgers - lace the dish with fresh herbs!

===============================
2. Harvard's Safe Grilling Tips
===============================

Harvard's Health Letter recently gave tips on safe grilling so
food won't have cancer-causing properties that high heat can
cause.

When meat is cooked at high temperatures a reaction takes place
where the amino acids, together with creatine, form heterocyclic
amines which are thought to cause cancer. Grilling can do this
especially when on the flame for a long time.

Here are some ways to cut down on the formation of heterocyclic
amines:

--Marinate your meat

--Cook smaller pieces

--Cook longer at lower temperature

--Choose lean meat

--Pre-cook your meat

--Flip frequently

========================
3. Give Him The World
========================

I love this gift idea for Father's Day because it speaks to many
men instinctively. I believe that men love their homes but
feel that the world is their backyard.

Hammacher Schlemmer sells the world's largest map mural that can
cover the walls of Dad's home office (or den/library/workshop).

It's great for political junkies, he who loves to travel, or who
wants to feel like the world is at his fingertips. Not to mention
the Dad (or Grandad) who wants to teach the little ones the "the
ways of the world".

It's a laminated surface that can be written on with a dry-erase
marker. Take a look at it: http://tinyurl.com/39eq6o

5. Essential Oil Tip: Valor
=============================

Valor is a wonderful blend of the following essential oils:

--Rosewood
--Blue Tansy
--Frankincense
--Spruce

It helps to balance energies and to instill courage, confidence,
and self-esteem.

Inhale, add to bath water, apply on wrists, bottom of feet,
chest, back of neck or along spine in the Raindrop Technique.

This blend is good for anyone but men especially love it.

8. HSL's Joke or Cute Quote of the Week
=========================================

Four expectant fathers were in Minneapolis hospital waiting room,
while their wives were in labor. The nurse arrived and announced
to the first man, "Congratulations sir! You're the father of
twins!" "What a coincidence" the man said with some obvious
pride. "I work for the Minnesota Twins baseball team."

The nurse returned in a little while and turned to the second
man, "You sir, are the father of triplets!" "Wow, That's really
an incredible coincidence " he answered. "I work for the 3M
Corporation. My buddies at work will never let me live this one
down."

An hour later, while the other two men were passing cigars
around, the nurse came back, this time she turned to the 3rd man
who had been quiet in the corner. She announced that his wife had
just given birth to quadruplets. Stunned, he barely could reply.
"Don't tell me! Another coincidence?" asked the nurse. After
finally regaining his composure, he said "I don't believe it, I
work for the Four Seasons Hotel."

After hearing this, everybody's attention turned to the 4th guy,
who had just fainted, flat out on the floor. The nurse rushed to
his side and after some time, he slowly regained consciousness.
When he was finally able to speak, you could hear him whispering
repeatedly the same phrase over and over again: "I should have
never taken that job at 7-Eleven... "I should have never taken
that job at 7-Eleven... "I should have never taken that job at 7-
Eleven..."
